We respond to emails and phone calls during office hours, Monday–Friday, 1 pm–5 pm.
The office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Before March 1, Laxahuset is not staffed. If you wish to pick up a season permit before this date, an appointment must be booked in advance.
